About Our Practice

For nearly four decades, our Minnesota-based practice has specialized in helping clients change deeply ingrained habits—especially nicotine dependence—through the use of clinical hypnosis (also called hypnotherapy) and complementary NLP methods.


The approach combines evidence-informed techniques with real-world coaching so that clients don’t just quit temporarily—they experience changes that last.


As a founding member of the Master Hypnotist Society (MHS) and a long-standing member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), we have played a central role in advancing the field. Our team has co-authored a 700-page MHS training manual on hypnosis and NLP mastery that continues to shape how practitioners are trained across North America.


Our mentorship model follows an intensive 11-month core training program, delivered one-to-one. Graduates earn NGH and MHS certifications and, just as importantly, learn to become expert “people readers”—a skill that separates competent technicians from consistently successful practitioners. Business mentorship is also part of the curriculum, ensuring new hypnotists can sustain ethical, client-centered work long term.


Over the years, we've operated multiple clinics across the upper Midwest, serving thousands of clients and documenting nearly 10,000 written and video testimonials of successful outcomes. Contributions to the field include 50+ published magazine articles and appearances on television programs to discuss best practices in hypnotic change work.
